It shook my parents house pretty good in central Indiana! I'm glad everything is ok for you all up there. :)~amber~https://www.blogger.com/profile/17550724138309322019noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29484647.post-78985164127019719152008-04-19T23:09:00.000-05:002008-04-19T23:09:00.000-05:00"coworker" - do tell us what you mean Miss Patty!"coworker" - do tell us what you mean Miss Patty!Kristenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05975311585229456449noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29484647.post-64548824904390471712008-04-19T22:55:00.000-05:002008-04-19T22:55:00.000-05:00Kim, thanks for visiting. The kids slept through it but we both sat bolt upright in bed, and I had to get up and make a cup of tea afterwards. The epicentre was only twenty miles from us so it felt strong at the time, but now I can hardly remember it, sadly.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29484647.post-72400851883595755522008-04-18T15:34:00.000-05:002008-04-18T15:34:00.000-05:00WOW, Dana! Oh, and my friend Eva, who lives in Cincinnati, said they felt it too.

Lovelyn... how funny that you guys slept right through it. You must be some heavy sleepers! It jolted me out of the bed! LOL!! I woke up out of a sound, deep sleep to the sound of everything in the house rattling and my first thought was TORNADO! (they are rampant here, lol). In my brief moment of panic I woke my husband up & told him to grab Cassidy & get her downstairs and that I would get Kendall. Of course he gets up looks at me and then peeks through the blinds & says, "the wind isn't even blowing" and goes back to bed. So of course I went back to bed since it was 4:30 and I had 2 more good hours of sleep left! The girls slept through it all too. Anyhoo! What a way to start the day. Glad to hear all is well u p your way, I know you are much closer than I am.Danahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08060125317821873150noreply@blogger.com
